1: Evolving Skies
Not much to say here. Evolving Skies has been one of the best Pokemon booster box investments this year. In my opinion, that trend is going to continue.
We have been tracking Evolving Skies booster boxes in my market spreadsheet. It is a booster box that consistently sells at a strong pace and has a low supply on the market.
Some people may not be able to afford an Evolving Skies booster box and that’s okay. However, if you have the funds and are here for the long-term, Evolving Skies is a must-have investment.

2: Lost Origin
This was another box featured on last month’s best Pokemon booster box investments blog.
Similar to Evolving Skies, Lost Origin is a set from the SWSH era. As such, it is already out of print which means we will not be getting more booster boxes coming from The Pokemon Company. Although Lost Origin is still an expensive booster box, it has top hits like the Giratina V and Aerodactyl V, which will continue keeping it near the top of the list from the SWSH era.

3: Brilliant Stars
Yes, Brilliant Stars is still one of the best Pokemon booster box investments. Another SWSH era set that is out of print. A cheaper option than both Evolving Skies and Lost Origin.
Brilliant has performed as well as Evolving Skies over the past three months in terms of ROI. What’s more, Brilliant has once again moved above $400, signaling that it’s back on its way up.
Although the set is not my top pick from the SWSH era, it has multiple popular chase cards, including the Charizard V, Umbreon V/VMAX, and the Arceus V, which will keep moving the set up over time.

4: Paradox Rift
Now, Paradox Rift is not the best Pokemon booster box investment on this list. However, it is one of the cheapest options out there right now for new investors. What’s more, Paradox Rift is part of the first four sets from the Scarlet & Violet era which makes it part of “G” block. This means that next March, the set will rotate out of competitive play in the TCG. Because of the age of the set, myself, like many others, believe there is a much lower chance of Paradox Rift getting reprinted compared to some of the newer booster boxes like Destined Rivals and Surging Sparks.
5-year price target: $475

5: Temporal Forces
Similar to Paradox Rift, Temporal is not the best Pokemon booster box investment. That said, it’s included on the list for similar reasons. Although it is not part of “G” block, the set is relatively cheap and offers investors a solid entry point compared to many other sets.
Also, in my opinion, Temporal Forces is a better overall set than Paradox Rift.
Not only that, but Temporal Forces is still readily available in Canada below $300 CAD, making it cheaper most stores than Paradox Rift.
