March is a new month, which means the best One Piece booster box investment has changed. Today, I’ll give you five booster box recommendations to buy right now if you are interested in growing your TCG investment portfolio.

1: Carrying on His Will (OP-13)

OP-13 has been THE set since it was released in November. When it comes to a One Piece booster box investment, it does not get better than this set. For context, the top-10 value in the set was over $35,000 during the peak of the bull run.
Now, with the reprint announcement, the box has retraced back into the mid $500s. However, when we look at the other top sets in One Piece, they are all more expensive. OP-05 is $1000. OP-09 is $600. PRB-01 is a $900 box.
It will not happen overnight, but OP-13 is on track to being a $1000 box in the future.

2: The Azure Sea’s Seven (OP-14)

OP-14 is an AMAZING One Piece booster box investment. Currently, the box is going for around $240 on TCGPlayer, making it one of the cheapest booster boxes on the market.
What’s more, OP-14 is an incredibly set, featuring top chases such as the Mihawk Manga, Zoro SP, Boa SP, and the most expensive cards in the set, the gold and silver Buggy SSPs.

We should note that OP-14 has not received its reprint yet, which I do expect to come later in the year.
Consider the top-10 card value in OP-14, this will easily be a $400-$500 booster box in the future that people will be willing to open.
3: Emperors in the New World (OP-09)

This shouldn’t be surprising. OP-09 is still a top-3 booster box in One Piece.
I have previously written about OP-09 if you want a deeper explanation as to why this One Piece booster box investment is a no-brainer, but in short, it’s an INCREDIBLY deep set that has expensive chase cards.
Considering where the market is heading, OP-09 is primed to be a $1000 box within the next few years.
4: Awakening of the New Era (OP-05)

Awakening of the New Era has turned out to be a great One Piece booster box investment. The box soared up to $1100 USD on TCGPlayer during the peak of the bull run we just experienced.
This mainly has to do with the success of the Luffy cards in the set. The Gear 5 Manga is now selling for over $13000 in a PSA 10 and the Luffy Alternate Art is going for over $10000 in a PSA 10.
Outside of this, the set also features Law and Kid mangas, making it the first set in One Piece that had multiple manga cards.

Outside of the Mangas, the set also features many interesting SPs like Nami and Yamato that retain solid value. However, we all know the vast majority of the value in a set like OP-05 stems from the fact it has two of the best, most desirable, cards released in the entire TCG. A classic for years to come.
5: A Fist of Divine Speed (OP-11)

OP-11 is one of the best plays out there right now. Currently, the box is going for $385 USD on TCGplayer.
This One Piece booster box investment features the gold and silver Luffy SSPs that go for $10,000 and $6,000 in a PSA 10. On top of that, you have the Gear 4 Manga Luffy that also carries an ungraded price of $1000.
Although OP-11 is not the deepest set that Bandai has released, it contains incredibly desirable chase cards that people will want to open. As such, I absolutely see this box being $750+ in the future.
